Baroness Dambisa Moyo, PhD
Dambisa is a leading economist, investor, and public policy expert. A member of the UK’s House of Lords, she is a principal at Versaca Investments, focused on global growth investing, and serves on boards including Chevron and the Oxford University Endowment. Known for her contrarian insights and strategic thinking, she is a member of The American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Moyo holds a PhD in economics from Oxford and a master’s from Harvard. Holly is a leadership strategist, policy expert, and advocate for social and economic inclusion. As CEO of Emergent, she advises global companies like Microsoft, Virgin, and AMEX on innovation and ethical decision-making. A Fulbright Scholar with a Master of Public Policy from Harvard, she focuses on collaborative policy design that balances economic growth with social impact. An accomplished company director, Holly has co-chaired the G20 Youth Summit, served as Co-Chair of the United Nations Coalition of Young Women Entrepreneurs, and is the youngest director ever appointed to an Australian Football Club.




Dr. Rajiv Shah
Rajiv is President of The Rockefeller Foundation, leading efforts to advance global health, food security, energy access, and economic mobility. Previously, he served as USAID Administrator, where he reshaped the agency’s global operations, forged high-impact partnerships, and led U.S. responses to major crises. He has also held leadership roles at the USDA and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where he helped transform global vaccine financing. Founder of Latitude Capital, he has advised on infrastructure investments across Africa and Asia. A physician and economist, Dr. Shah earned degrees from the University of Michigan, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and Wharton, and is the author of Big Bets: How Large-Scale Change Really Happens.
