Registration Fee: $2600 per single; $4400 per couple inclusive of educational content, group meals and two nights at our host hotel.
Host Hotel: Our host hotel is the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto; 2050 University Ave, East Palo Alto, CA. Registration includes two nights in a Superior category room.
Schedule: The program begins with a casual opening dinner on Sunday, October 26 starting at 5pm. Attendees are free to depart at noon on Tuesday, October 28.

Cancellation Policy: Because of SIBF financial commitments, $250 per person is non-refundable upon registration.. For cancellations after May 2, 2025, the remaining balance is non-refundable under any circumstances (i.e., weather related, medical, business conflicts, family emergency, etc.). Members desiring protection against potential emergencies should consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
Liability Waiver: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in an SIBF Event and activities as my own free and intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and, as a result, I am able to participate in the SIBF events, and do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being.
