We have exciting news! The CELA Annual Reunion in Samarkand, Uzbekistan is now more affordable with significantly reduced registration fees. International Connections: Samarkand international airport receives flights from many destinations of the wider region, including Almaty, Istanbul, Dubai, Abu-Dhabi, etc. You can also book a flight to Tashkent, Uzbekistan and from there take a fast train (two-hour ride) to Samarkand. Please note that due to a high season, the train tickets need to be purchased well in advance. So, in case you need it, please inform us asap so that the travel agency books the train ticket for you.
