OVERVIEW: Watching your hard-earned investments decrease by 20%, 30%, 40% or more in a short period of time can be a very scary experience. However, these events happen with surprising regularity and the contributors to these events are many and varied. From the Great Depression in 1929 to the inflationary years caused by the oil embargo, the dot-com bust, the Great Financial Crisis and now a global pandemic, these have all been in one way or another frightening times for investors, but they do not have to be!

Nick Hoffman (GA, ’04) and Nigel Wardle (FL, ’01) lead the Cambridge: Money & Responsibility program for young adults (ages 17-24) in Cambridge, UK each summer. During this digital session, they will discuss the fastest market down-turn in history. While everyone is welcome, the content may be more appropriate for young adults, 17 and up.

JOIN: Please register to receive the connection link. Connection information will be sent two hours prior to the event.

COST: Free to all active members/spouses of the global network and family members age 17+ as well as alumni of the Cambridge program.
