Professional Bio
Carrie is the CEO and Founder of the Global Good Fund, a nonprofit social enterprise built by social entrepreneurs, for social entrepreneurs. The Global Good Fund identifies leaders who stand to achieve greater social impact with executive mentorship, professional leadership coaching, and capital. The Global Good Fund has mentored and graduated more than 200 entrepreneurs in over 40 countries. Carrie’s previous work was in health care delivery. She is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she studied Science, Technology & Society, and obtained a Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Health Systems Administration. Recognized for her achievement with more than 30 awards, she has had many articles published in Forbes and other publications. She is the author of Impact the World: Live Your Values and Drive Change as a Citizen Statesperson, a Wall Street Journal best seller. She has been an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, as well as George Washington University and the Amani Institute in Kenya, Brazil and India. She serves on the board of Trinity Health, a $20 billion health system. Carrie and her husband Darren have three children, Hayden, 7, Lilly, 5, and Benjamin, 1.
