Professional Bio
Ashok Mittal serves as a mentor to second-generation entrepreneurs and as a management advisor. Previously he was co-founder and managing director of Semco Electric and Ultratech Metals (I) Ltd, manufacturers of precision metal and plastic products, parts and sub-assemblies, 100% for a US market. Ashok is also a certified facilitator for Personalysis (a personality assessment tool) where he provides employee assessment and coaching for the creation of high-performing teams, change and transition management, and personal development to a wide range of clients. He is also a founder trustee of Durga Devi Charitable Trust involved in the cause of empowering children and women through education. The trust is involved in supporting many rural unaided schools under its various programs and in supporting needy and meritorious children in education, sports and arts. Ashok received his Bachelors in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences Pilani, India. Along with other activities, he loves to travel, Scuba dives in various destinations around the world, and is a hobbyist photographer.
