A non-refundable fee of $200.00 is necessary for the processing of new member applications. In order to complete this purchase please click "Add to Cart" and then "View Cart" - you can then process the payment as a guest. 

Upon paying this application fee, you agree to pay an initiation fee of $5,000 due upon notification of acceptance of membership.
