Travel Insurance: SIBF recommends the purchase of travel Insurance whenever signing up for an SIBF program. Cancellation policies and penalties are strictly enforced, and there are no exceptions. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen or uncontrollable situations that might affect your ability to attend an event. For further information on travel insurance, visit www.insuremytrip.com and click "quote". You can get quotes from up to eight travel insurance products. Companies have different levels of policies that cover everything from "cancel for any reason" to "cancel only for a medical emergency". You can consider a policy that meets your personal needs. Please note that SIBF does not endorse any travel insurance products.

International Flight: Attendees should book their flights to arrive in Warsaw no later than 3:00pm, Tuesday, November 7 for an opening briefing and welcome dinner. A city tour of Warsaw will be offered at no additional cost the morning of November 7 for early arrivals. Attendees can book their return flight home from Warsaw anytime on Saturday, November 11. A two-night post-program extension to Kraków will be offered. For those participating in the extension, you are free to depart Kraków anytime on Monday, November 13. Details and pricing on the extension will be announced in the coming weeks.
Visas/Passports: You must have a valid U.S. passport for entry and a visa is not required. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended date of departure.
Cancellation: Because of SIBF financial commitments, $500 per person is non-refundable after registration is submitted. For cancellations after July 1st, the remaining balance is non-refundable regardless of circumstance. Members desiring protection against potential emergencies should consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
