Professional Bio
Blake is the Director of Communications and Technology for the Society of International Business Fellows, which entails overseeing all aspects of the website, app, written communications, graphic design, marketing, and branding for the organization. He crafts copy and updates all online platforms, blogs, and e-mail marketing campaigns, while also designing and editing promotional photography and graphics for online use. He has been with SIBF for more than 10 years. Prior to joining SIBF, Blake worked at a number of non-profits throughout the Southeast, assisting with community engagement, disaster recovery, poverty alleviation, and social action. He played a key role in the planning and implementation of the Bama Rising Fund, the Prize2theFuture project, the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, and the South Alabama Community Network, among others. A graduate of the University of Alabama, he has a degree in Political Science and History with a focus on 19th and 20th Century American pop culture. Blake enjoys movies, cooking, trivia, hiking, and University of Alabama athletics. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Katie, and their English Bulldog, Winston.
