Professional Bio
Hank Didier founded DidierGroup after more than two decades of legal and business development experience. His career includes twenty years as a trial lawyer practicing in both state and federal courts, and as a founding partner in multiple businesses across finance, legal and real estate industries. Education Mr. Didier graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors from Florida State University in 1992 with dual degrees in Management and Multi-National Business. He earned his Juris Doctorate with Honors from the Duke University School of Law in 1995. While at Duke, he focused his studies on environmental law and business litigation. Early Career Mr. Didier began his legal career working on environmental land use issues in Florida, helping to advise businesses on how to develop land while also respecting the sanctity of the State‚ natural resources. Thereafter, he spent six years representing large corporations including General Motors, Allstate, and Wal-Mart in various legal matters, before transitioning his focus in 2001 to become a complex litigator with a specialty in consumer product safety matters. Entrepreneurship While owning and running Didier Law Firm, a successful product safety law firm, for over a decade, Mr. Didier‚ entrepreneurialism led him to also found and manage several other businesses across industries tangential to his legal career. In 2010, he co-founded Vantage Capital Consultants and led a national educational push to educate annuity industry participants about the need to address abusive transaction practices. And, in 2012, after the BP oil spill, the worst oil disaster in U.S. history, he founded and managed Economic Recovery Group, a 55-person law firm that specialized in helping thousands of businesses navigate their rights under the multi-billion dollar BP Settlement Program.
